Today I went to the zoo with my friend and her family. When we were in the reptile house we went around speaking parsaltongue to all of the snakes and the biggest snake in the zoo responded to us. O(ur)LIM

On the day before the DH premier, the guy I like approached me, inquiring "people call you Tonks, correct?" Now, mind you, he is an 18 (two years my senior) year old who has only taken AP classes and is the kindest, though shyest gentleman in the world. I nod (true to my clumsiness and pink hair). He responds with "my friends call me Remus or Moony." Our first date was to the midnight showing, in full costume. My life is truly magical. MLIM

"A couple weeks ago, my super religious mum sent me to Jesus Camp. While there, I met a guy who runs cross country like I do. After a couple days of texting when Jesus Camp ended, he invited me over to watch Harry Potter with him since my mom has never let me see it. I was a little worried he would take it as me being interested him, but I decided seeing Harry Potter was worth it. A couple weeks and 7 Harry Potter movies later, that guy is my boyfriend. Today I was on the metro and i was sitting next to my sister (both of us are extreme Harry Potter fans)The metro went underground and it went dark. I looked at my sister and she whispered "Dementors." I replied, very seriously "Expecto Patronum!" WE both nodded and looked away. OULAM.

My birthday is the 14th of July and this year I turned 17. I came of wizarding age the moment Deathly Hallows part two started at 12am. I'm pretty sure this makes ML(I)M

Yesterday, I was complaining to my friend how no Half-Blood Prince wrote all the answers in my science book. She told me I should google the answers and write them myself. I spent all of lunch in the library doing this. Today, when I opened my science book, I started screaming with joy that the half blood prince had finally written in my book when my mood was ruined by my friend who reminded me that i was the one who wrote it. A few weeks ago, I created the Wizarding World on the Sims 2, beginning the timeline with Lily & Snape's childhood friendship. I've got up to the point where James and Lily die, but I can't bring myself to kill them. :( MLIM

Today, my sister finally gave in and is letting me plan her a Harry Potter themed birthday party. This will include a Horcrux scavenger hunt, battling a dragon pinata, potions and herbology class, a house cup and WWW gift bags. Today my mother told me that Harry Potter was over. I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in her my entire life. It's never over mom. MLIM
